Like the 1 Hole strap hanger, the 2 Hole strap hanger is that step up again in "heavy duty" type of hanging system for frames.
These are designed to go on bigger more solid frames.

You can put cord across between the two hangers & then hang on the hook, or alternatively face them pointing upwards and hang the strap hanger directly on to hooks. (without the use of cord)
