How do you package my frame(s)?
For single and small quantity orders (both large and small size frames) each frame is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and stiff card or customboard placed over the front of the frame to protect the glass and double corrugated card wrapped. Multiple frame orders are securely packaged in boxes.
How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive an email response confirming we have your order with all details regarding dispatch and delivery.
When do I receive my frame(s)
Dispatch/delivery times vary with products ordered.
HARDWARE: same or next day
MATS & BACKINGS: 2 to 4 days
FRAMES: 3 to 5 days for smaller orders & 5 to 7 days for large orders
SPORTS JERSEY FRAMES: 5 to 10 days
ACRYLIC WALLMOUNTS: 5 to 10 days
What if I want my frames fast?
Yes, we can do urgent orders, we just need to know, Contact us by email or call FREE on 0800 372 633 if you need products quickly and nine times out of ten we can do it.
Do you deliver to any address?
Yes, all over New Zealand, to any business and residential address including all rural deliveries. Please note some packages in rural areas may be delivered to the local post office.
What if my frame(s) arrive broken or I am not happy with them?
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your frames by email or free phone 0800 372 633 and we will arrange replacement and return of the original order.

Payment for all online purchases is by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express (through the secure DPS Gateway). Payment may also be made by direct credit and cheque via post (goods are not dispatched until cheque has been cleared).
