I don’t see a frame in the size I need—can you make one for me?

Absolutely! We’re happy to make frames to fit your specific artwork size. Just email us the dimensions and a general idea of the style you’re after. We’ll recommend the best options and custom-make your frame at no extra cost.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the size of your order and your location in New Zealand. If you need your order sooner, give us a call toll-free on 0800 372 633 or send us an email with your urgent request—we will do our best to make it happen! 

What's included with my frame order?

Your order includes the frame, clear glass, a matboard (if ordered with your frame), backing board, all hanging materials, a free picture hook, and easy-to-follow instructions with images, showing you exactly how to:

  • Insert your picture into the frame
  • Hinge artwork to a matboard
  • Attach hangers and tie cord

I need frames urgently, like next day! Can you do that?

In most cases, yes! Give us a call on our toll-free number 0800 372 633, and we’ll do our best to get your frames made and shipped urgently. We’re here to help! 

What if my frame arrives damaged or with broken glass?

Our packaging is designed to protect your frame, and damage in transit is extremely rare. However, if your frame does arrive with broken glass or any damage, we’ll replace the glass and/or frame free of charge—no hassles.  

Do I get a GST invoice with my order?

Yes, a GST invoice is automatically included with your order confirmation email. 

What is conservation framing?

Conservation framing uses high-quality, archival materials designed to protect your artwork over time. When you choose a conservation frame, we upgrade three materials from our usual frames to prevent fading, deterioration, and discoloration.

  • Conservation Clear Glass that filters out harmful UV light
  • Archival foamboard backing for long-term preservation
  • Archival-quality matboard (if a mat is included)
