Cancellations

If you change your mind following the placing of an order we will cancel & refund in full providing we are notified up to 48 hours after the order has been made.

Returns & Refunds

Frames

  • If your frame has been damaged by the courier we will arrange the return and/or replacement of the frame at our cost.
  • If we have sent you an incorrect size frame we will arrange the return and/or replacement of the frame at our cost.
  • If you wish to return your frame for a refund because it does not meet your expectations, we will process the refund once the frame is returned in its original condition.
  • If you have ordered the incorrect frame and it is a standard size online we will replace it with the frame you need once the original frame is returned. Return of the incorrect frame is at the customer cost. We will reimburse or charge the difference prior to despatch of the new frame. The Courier charge will be applied for the frame replacement.
  • Made to order custom sized frames cannot be returned for refunds

Matboards & Backings

  1. If your matboard &/or backing has been damaged by the courier we will arrange the return and/or replacement of the mat & backing at our cost.
  2. If we have sent you an incorrect matboard and/or backing we will arrange the return and/or replacement of the matboard and/or backing at our cost.
  3. If you are not happy with your matboard and/or backing as it is not what you thought it would be and would prefer to return it for a refund, we will do so once it has been returned by you in the same condition as dispatched.
  4. If you have ordered the incorrect size matboard and/or backing and it is a standard size online we will replace it with the matboard and/or backing you need once the original boards are returned.
  5. Return of the incorrect matboard & backing is at the customer cost. We will reimburse or charge the difference prior to dispatch of the mat &/or backing. A Courier charge will be applied for the matboard and/or backing replacement.
  6. Made to order custom sized matboards and/or backings cannot be returned for refunds

Hardware & Framing Materials

  1. If your hardware & materials have been damaged by the courier we will arrange the return and/or replacement of the these products at our cost.
  2. If we have sent you incorrect hardware & materials, we will arrange the return and replacement with the correct products at our cost.
  3. If the hardware & materials do not meet your expectations, and you wish to return them for a refund, we will process the refund once the items have been returned.
