Upon receiving your order
Once ordered you will receive an email response confirming we have received your order. Another email will be sent when your order has been despatched.

Packaging of your frames
For single and small quantity orders (both large and small size frames) each frame is individually wrapped with bubble wrap and stiff card placed over the front of the frame to protect the glass and double corrugated card wrapped. Multiple frame orders are securely packaged in boxes.

Delivery
Generally we dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Larger orders can take longer. If you need frames urgently, let us know! we will slot it in for you if you are in a fix and need them asap.

We deliver all over New Zealand, to any business and residential address including all rural deliveries. Please note some packages in rural areas may be delivered to the local post office only.

Damaged Goods
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your frames by email or free phone 0800 372 633 and we will arrange return of the damaged frames and replacement.

Bartercard
We do not take Bartercard through Framing Online due to the lower margins and Bartercard commision added in. Our other business, The Picture Framing Company Ltd does, so give us a call and we can help out.
